Simplify Weeknight Dinners! At a Savings! 
Are you always on the run? Kids activities keeping your schedule full and long work hours?
A great way to know 'what's for dinner' is to plan ahead! One tip is to prepare freezer meals. With Tastefully Simple, we already have numerous menus planned out for you!

Honey Teriyaki Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

ingredients

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • 8 oz. wheat linguine noodles, cooked
  • 2 lb. bag frozen stir fry vegetables
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
  • **optional, add your favorite protein: beef, chicken, pork or shrimp!

directions

Combine first 2 ingredients in a quart resealable freezer bag; squish to mix ingredients. To the noodle bag add vegetables, salt and pepper. Place both bags in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. 

When ready to prepare, thaw completely. Combine all ingredients in large skillet until heated through. Top with cashews and cilantro. Serve with a few lime wedges. 

Tip: Thin, if needed, with a little orange juice.  Stir in meat if desired.
