Bunny Fresh Fruit Platter with Key Lime Fruit Dip Recipe

ingredients

  • Tastefully Simple's Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 7 oz. marshmallow creme
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 pear
  • 3 kiwi
  • 18 oz. blueberries
  • 6 oz. raspberries
  • 10 oz. strawberries
  • 1 piece string cheese
  • Platter (approximately 12" x 15")

directions

For fruit dip:
Combine Packet 1 with cream cheese; stir in marshmallow creme. Chill 2 hours. Sprinkle with Packet 2 before serving.

For fruit platter:
Wash, slice/dice the strawberries, pineapple, kiwis and pear. Set aside two larger pear rectangles to use for the bunny's teeth. (To help keep from browning, dip in cold water with lemon juice.)

To arrange the fruit, start with the bunny's cheeks. Arrange pineapple in two circles. In the center of each, place two pear circles to make the whites of the eyes. Place a blueberry in the center of each for the pupil. Place a raspberry in the center of the face for the nose.

Outline the ears with pineapple. Fill with kiwi, then strawberries. Use two large pieces of pear for the teeth. Separate the string cheese into strands and use for the bunny's whiskers. Arrange the remaining blueberries around the bunnies head. Makes 8-10 servings.

*Lighten it up: use light cream cheese instead.
